My Story
I found my purpose: I love to ignite inspiration and change in people. This has been a theme for me my whole life. I have expressed this creativity through dance, artistic endeavors, and my work life.
Nine years ago after a terrible bike accident, I healed myself through my use of herbs, bodywork, and flower essence remedies. I found a new passion for studying healing modalities.
I trained in Chinese medicine, intuitive healing, and acupressure. Following my certification, I took an apprenticeship with an established herbalist who taught me how to prepare herbal concoctions and flower essence remedies. In 1993, I began my own private practice of acupressure, bodywork, prenatal massage and labor coaching. I began inventing herbal healing potions to address my clients' specific issues and problems. After a full day of work with people I would come home inspired to create salves and remedies literally "by the light of the moon" — thus my company name.
Through experience, I discovered ways of synthesizing the power of flower essences, herbs and essential oils with intention to support clients through their healing crises. Their feedback and success stories inspired me to take this labor of love further. This line was created out of a firm belief that flower essences support us through challenging transitions while addressing the underpinnings of stress. I invite you to use these products, visualizing healing and prosperity for yourself and others...and live life with intention.

History and Differences of Flower Essences and Essential Oils
Flower essences were developed in the 1930s by English physician and homeopathic practitioner Dr. Edward Bach. He studied the nature of flower and extracts to influence his patients' emotional and spiritual needs connected to physical disease. The use of these elixirs has become more widely known and accepted for addressing causes of stress and illness. Flower essences have no scent, however, because the blossom's extract is focused on its vibrational quality, which impacts the soul.
Aromatherapy has been around for about 5,000 years. Essential oils used for aromatherapy differ from flower essences because the oils are highly concentrated natural distillations of aromatic plant parts. They influence through the senses and the body rather than through energy fields like flower essences. Used in tandem, they work in a complementary fashion to harness the self-healing powers of both body and soul.
